The Challenge
IAS officer trainees faced challenges in adapting to real-world administrative complexity. Their training curriculum was heavy on theory but lacked practical, people-centric exposure. Key issues included:

The Solution
Yidam designed a highly interactive training series combining roleplays, simulations, and real-case scenarios. We integrated behavioral psychology with administrative decision-making and built soft-skill frameworks for communication and team management.
