Overview
We headed a 4-year skill development, empolyability initiative for GMVN Ltd., and undertaking of Govt. of Uttrakhand, under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. We trained more than 18,000 underprivileged youth for employability in hospitality, tourism, and service industries.

The Challenge
Youth lacked exposure to employable hospitality skills

The Solution
Designed hands-on hospitality training modules in food, tourism, guest services, and communication. Conducted workshops across 90+ locations with local outreach campaigns.
The Result
Thousands of youth trained and absorbed into hospitality roles, creating a sustainable employability pipeline.
